Support the Manager to lead and supervise a team of staff to arrange handover services for all new development projects; Conduct pre-handover unit inspection and monitor initial cleaning works; Prepare handover documents and materials; Deliver quality handover and customer services for all new development projects; Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions; Coordinate with project team to ensure all defect rectification works conducted in a timely manner; Assist in preparing handover or defect records and reports; Perform ad hoc tasks assigned
DSE/Diploma holder or above; Min 2 years’ relevant experience in property management, handover or customer services with 1 years in supervisory level; Proven experience in takeover of new development preferred; Presentable, Proactive, detailed-minded and good communication and interpersonal skills; Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure; Holder of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is an advantage; Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
