Conduct pre-handover unit inspection and monitor initial cleaning works; Prepare handover documents and materials; Deliver quality handover and customer services for all new residential development projects; Assist in handover booking arrangement and answer hotline enquiries; Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions; Coordinate with project team for defect rectification works; Perform ad hoc tasks assigned
HKCEE / HKDSE or above; Experience in handover of residential properties is a definite advantage; Proactive, detailed-minded and good interpersonal skills; Customer-oriented and good communication skills; Able to work under pressure; Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Fresh graduates will also be considered
